Dedicated employment support sessions run every Wednesday from 3:00pm to 5:30pm, by appointments.
Here’s how we can support you
We offer individualised youth employment support tailored to your goals, interests, and circumstances.
You can get help with:
- Writing resumes, cover letters, and job applications
- Preparing for interviews and building confidence
- Exploring career pathways, training, and education options
- Setting up a professional email, MyGov, TFN, and job search accounts (such as Seek and Indeed)
- Finding local opportunities, including jobs for young adults, traineeships, and work experience
- Understanding workplace expectations, your rights, and responsibilities
- Practical, one-on-one support to help you take the next step
Whether you’re just starting out or looking for new opportunities, we’re here to make the process easier and less overwhelming.

Our Youth 1:1 Employment and Training Support is part of our Youth Drop-In Service, a safe and welcoming space where you can ask questions, get support, and take positive steps towards your future.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. We’ll meet you where you’re at.
How to get support
You can access individualised youth employment and training support at Fair Foundations Youth Drop-In Service at the Fairfield Youth & Community Centre, 55 Vine Street, Fairfield, every Wednesday from 3:00pm to 5:30pm, by appointment.
