Lead the Way Youth Camp
January 29 @ 9:00 am - January 30 @ 3:00 pm

A two-day experience to build confidence, leadership, and resilience.
Join us for an unforgettable two-day adventure designed to inspire, empower, and connect young people in our community.
If you’re 12 to 14 years old and live in the Fairfield area, the Lead the Way Youth Camp is your opportunity to build confidence, strengthen your leadership skills, and discover your resilience in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Over two days at The Tops Conference Centre, you’ll take part in interactive workshops and outdoor team challenges that help you step outside your comfort zone, connect with others, and grow in new ways. You’ll learn how to lead with courage, work together, and believe in yourself, and return home feeling empowered and ready to make a positive impact in your community.
The camp is fully supervised, with qualified youth workers and facilitators there to guide and support you.
What you’ll experience:
- Outdoor adventures including archery, go-kart racing, and the giant swing
- Leadership and resilience workshops led by experienced youth facilitators
- Activities that strengthen teamwork, communication, and wellbeing
- Comfortable accommodation, healthy meals, and transport – all provided
Spots are limited, so make sure you register early!
