It marks our commitment to deepening our engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, strengthening our cultural capability, fostering meaningful partnerships, and ensuring our services are safe, inclusive, and respectful for First Nations peoples. 

At Fair Foundations, we view reconciliation as a continuous journey built on respect, relationships, and accountability. Our approach is guided by a commitment to listen, learn, and act in partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Rather than treating reconciliation as a standalone initiative, we are working to embed it across our culture, services, and community engagement. 

Our Reflect RAP will help us build the structures and shared understanding needed to support this approach, adding to the foundation for long-term change, grounded in integrity and mutual respect.
