What is the Youth Advisory Group?
Join young people aged 16–24 who are eager to shape the future of their community.
Members work alongside each other to identify priorities, co-design solutions, and influence the programs and services Fair Foundations delivers for young people and families.
We’re looking for young people from across the local area who want to create positive change. You don’t need prior experience – just a willingness to speak up, listen, and work with others to turn ideas into action.
You’ll be supported by our Youth Support Specialists to explore opportunities, develop initiatives, and collaborate with other young people in a relaxed environment.
Expect pizza nights, bowling nights, opportunities to meet new people and make friends, and valuable experience you can add to your resume.
Who can join?
You can apply if you:
- Are aged 16–24
- Live, study, or have connections to Greater Western Sydney
- Want to make a positive difference for young people in your community
No previous experience is needed. Your lived experience and ideas are what matter most.
