Programs in Schools
At Fair Foundations, we believe every young person deserves the chance to feel safe, connected, and confident about their future.
We partner with local schools to deliver programs that nurture wellbeing, strengthen relationships, and build practical life skills.
Our Youth Support Specialists work alongside schools to create tailored programs and workshops that meet the needs of students and make a positive difference in their lives, both inside and outside the classroom.
Wellbeing Days
We can partner with schools to plan and deliver engaging Wellbeing Days that create a positive, supportive environment for students. We can adapt activities to suit different student groups, which may include:
- Fun, interactive activities focused on mental health and wellbeing
- Sessions co-facilitated with other local services
- Opportunities for students to learn practical skills and build confidence
We work closely with schools to design a day that is meaningful and impactful for their students.
RAGE (Renegotiating Angry and Guilty Emotions)
For 11-17 years old
Our trained facilitators can deliver the RAGE Program, a strengths-based, solution-focused anger management course designed for young people aged 11–17.
Through six weekly sessions, students will:
- Explore the many faces of anger and its triggers
- Learn healthy ways to express and cope with strong emotions
- Build emotional resilience, self-awareness, and respectful relationships
The program is designed to complement NSW PDHPE curriculum outcomes and can be delivered during school hours or as part of a targeted support program.
Love Bites Senior Program
For 15-17 years old
We also have facilitators trained in Love Bites Senior, a nationally recognised Respectful Relationships Education program for young people aged 15–17.
This program can be delivered in schools and youth settings and helps students to:
- Understand what makes a healthy, respectful, and safe relationship
- Build skills to recognise and respond to unhealthy behaviours
- Learn about rights, responsibilities, and support services available to them
Employability Workshops
For 12 to 24
We offer tailored workshops to support young people at every stage of their employment journey. From job searching and resume writing to teamwork, communication, and handling challenges at work, our sessions are practical and empowering. We also cover interview skills, time management, and, through our partnership with Legal Aid, understanding your rights in the workplace.
The service is funded by the Department of Communities and Justice Targeted Early Intervention Program.
