Seniors
At Fair Foundations, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to age with dignity, connection and purpose.
Older people play a vital role in our community, and one in five people we support through our community services is aged 65 or over.
We’re proud to offer welcoming, culturally inclusive spaces where older adults from diverse backgrounds can connect, access practical support, and take part in social activities that promote health, wellbeing and independence.
Here’s how we support
Our support for older people includes both practical services and opportunities to stay active, engaged, and connected:
- Community groups
Join friendly, supportive groups that encourage connection, learning, creativity and belonging.
- Events and activities
Take part in inclusive events and activities designed to keep you active, informed and engaged.
- Everyday support through our Community Hub
Our team can help you with:
– Filling out forms (e.g. pension applications, utilities, housing)
– Understanding bills and statements
– Accessing aged care or health services
– Getting help with retirement planning, legal or financial matters
– Contacting services or booking appointments
– Food parcels
– Referrals to other supports
The service is funded by the Department of Communities and Justice Targeted Early Intervention Program.
