What’s included in our day program
- Daily living skills
Learn practical skills that help you feel more independent each day. Take part in cooking classes, plan shopping trips, and follow safe kitchen routines. We support you to build healthy habits at home, learn how to manage money, and use everyday technology like a computer or phone.
- Community connection
Take part in group games, cooking and art activities that help you build confidence and get to know others. We also go on outings to local cafes, parks and community events. These activities are fun and easy to join in and help you feel part of your community.
- Health and wellbeing
Looking after your health is an important part of feeling good. At the LifeAbility Hub, you can join walking groups or gentle fitness like tai chi, take part in gardening, and learn about healthy eating. We also offer calming sensory activities and relaxation sessions. When needed, we can work with health professionals to support your wellbeing.
- Creative and Recreational Activities
Enjoy activities like arts and crafts, music, dance, bowling, storytelling, and movie sessions with group chats and snacks. Activities are shaped around your interests, with plenty of ways to express yourself, connect with others, and have a good time.

What people say about us
“My son, Nick, has been on the disability program for 31 years. At a young age, he was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, which affected his ability to talk, walk, and learn. I knew that it would require a great deal of dedication, effort and perseverance to ensure that he would have a comfortable life.
I met the team at Fair Foundations in 1993, and the weight was lifted off my shoulders, knowing that there were people that would be able to help Nick each day. The program had specialised therapies that helped my son grow.
Being with people with similar abilities, he was able to foster a sense of belonging with community outings, social events and peer support groups. Today, I’m proud to say he is thriving.
Thank you to all the staff at Fair Foundations for their incredible work and support, especially the support workers.”
Angela
“Fair Foundations and its staff have been incredibly supportive and understanding. They have provided me with the necessary accommodations and resources, I feel comfortable and have my choices at home, ensuring that I can fully participate and work towards my goal. Whether it’s through personalised assistance, accessible and inclusive facilities, their dedication has made a significant impact on my journey.”
