In-Home Care
Everyone deserves to feel safe, supported and in control of their own life, especially at home. At Fair Foundations, we walk alongside people with disability to break down barriers to independence and build stronger foundations for daily life.
Our In-Home Care service provides practical, personalised assistance to help people with disability live independently and comfortably in their own homes. Whether it’s support with daily routines, building new skills, or simply having someone you trust by your side, we’re here to help you live life your way.
Here’s how we help

We help with everyday household tasks like cleaning, laundry and organising so your home stays clean, comfortable and supports your wellbeing.
- Medication reminders and wellbeing check-ins
Our team provides gentle reminders and support with medication and basic health monitoring. It’s one more way we help you feel safe and supported at home.
