Whether you’re new to the NDIS, have questions about your plan, or are looking for local services, our team is here to walk alongside you. We offer clear information, compassionate guidance, and a calm place to talk things through.

    Drop in for help with understanding your plan, preparing for a review, or working through paperwork. We can also support you with questions about access, eligibility, and next steps.

    Looking for a support worker, therapy, or group program? We’ll help you explore your options and connect with services in your local area. 
  • Friendly, individual advice
    Our staff take the time to listen, answer your questions, and explain things in a way that’s clear and respectful. We’re here to support you in a way that feels right for you.

What you need to know

The Hub is a free, welcoming space where people with disability, their families, and carers can access  individual support. We help you understand the NDIS, find local services, and get the information you need. 

Anyone with questions about disability support is welcome. We support individuals with disability, their families, carers, and anyone seeking information about the NDIS. 

We can help you understand and use your NDIS plan, find local services and supports, complete forms or access information, and talk through your options in a safe and welcoming space. 

The Disability Support Hub is open every Wednesday from 10:00am to 2:00pm at 25 Barbara Street, Fairfield NSW 2165. You can also access the Disability Support Hub on other days of the week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm) by booking an appointment.   

You can visit us on Wednesdays between 10:00am and 2:00pm – walk-ins and appointments are both welcome. For other days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm), please contact our team to book an appointment.
