Practical support and referrals

We’ll help you get the support you need and navigate services to connect you to the right ones.

If you’re having trouble filling out a form, we can help. Support is available by appointment for both paper and online forms. You may be asked to show ID. If it’s a form we can’t assist with, we’ll connect you with the right service.

We offer information, advice, and referrals to help you access the support you need. This may include connecting you to one of our services or referring you to another provider.

Our team can assist with navigating complex systems and refer you to the most relevant service including legal help, counselling, or financial support.

We offer JP services to witness documents, certify copies, and help with statutory declarations.

Financial and Legal Help

Whether you’re managing fines, facing financial hardship, or need legal support, we’re here to guide you through it.

If you’re facing financial stress, we may be able to help with food and other essential items, or support with urgent bills. Our team will take the time to understand your situation and work with you to explore the options available.

If gambling harm is affecting you or someone close to you, our team can help connect you with the right support. We work with trusted services that support both individuals and families, and we’ll work with you to find the option that best suits your needs.

Legal issues can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Our team can help by connecting you with trusted legal services that are right for your situation. We’ll work with you to understand your needs and provide support in a safe and confidential way.

If you’re having difficulty paying NSW fines, we can support you to access a Work and Development Order (WDO). Our team will work with you to check your eligibility and connect you with approved activities that can help reduce your fines.

Skills Development and Employment Support

Build your confidence and open up new opportunities through practical, community-based learning and skills programs.

We offer a variety of workshops that help community members build skills and make social connections. These include digital skills training, English conversation classes, and our sewing group.

We can support you to connect with local job providers and access the employment services that are right for you. If you’re looking for work, we can help you build your job search skills, prepare your CV, and get ready for interviews. You can also access career advice, mentoring, and help enrolling in courses through our case management team.
