Disability Services
We’ll help you get the support you need and navigate services to connect you to the right ones.
We offer a range of supports to help people with disability live with confidence, connection, and purpose. This includes day programs, short-term respite, support coordination, in-home care, and help to get out and about in the community. No. We offer flexible respite options including daytime, overnight, weekend, or extended stays.
Yes. We shape each outing around your interests, goals, and preferences, whether that’s visiting local markets, learning to use public transport, attending an appointment, joining a fitness class, or simply catching up over coffee.
It can be either. We offer individual support or small group activities depending on what works best for you.
In-home care can include support with personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, and building daily routines. We tailor the support to your needs and preferences so you can live more independently and comfortably in your own home.
We do our best to match you with a support worker who understands your needs, shares your language or cultural background, and fits your preferences.
Child And Family
We’re here to support children and families through every stage, helping build trusting relationships, grow confidence, and lay strong foundations for the future.
We provide a range of services to suit different family needs, including occasional care, before and after school care, and vacation care programs. Each service is designed to offer a safe, welcoming, and enriching environment for children while supporting busy parents and carers.
Many families are eligible for financial support through the Australian Government’s Child Care Subsidy (CCS) or other schemes to help cover the cost of childcare. You can learn more about CCS here or speak with our team for guidance on applying.
We welcome children aged 6 weeks to 5 years in our occasional care service.
Our OSHC services are available for primary school-aged children (generally 5–12 years old).
- Before & After School Care is available for children enrolled in our partner schools. For a full list of schools, please visit our OSHC page.
- School Holiday Programs (Vacation Care) are open to all primary school-aged children, regardless of whether they attend one of our partner schools or use our Before & After School Care service. Learn more and view our programs on our OSHC page.
Yes. Our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services offer flexibility for busy families. You can book on a regular basis or for single sessions, depending on your needs and service availability.
We offer a range of programs designed to strengthen parenting skills, build confidence, and support family wellbeing. Explore our programs here.
We deliver parenting programs in the Fairfield, Liverpool and Campbelltown local government areas. We work in partnership with schools, early childhood services and other organisations to deliver evidence-based programs for parents. Contact us to discuss how we can bring a program to your community.
Yes. Our team speaks many different languages, and we can organise interpreters to help deliver a program in the language that suits your group. Contact us to discuss what’s possible.
We focus on social, emotional, language, early literacy and numeracy skills through play-based learning, structured and unstructured group activities in a fun and safe environment.
Youth
We’re here to support young people aged 12 to 24 as they navigate life’s challenges and opportunities – helping them feel a sense of belonging, develop their strengths, and take positive steps toward the future they want.
We offer a range of supports for young people, including individual case management, access to our Youth Drop-In Centre, Youth Justice Conference support, group programs, and guidance with education, employment, housing, and other community resources. We provide a range of tailored programs in schools to build wellbeing, emotional skills, and healthy relationships. Young people from Greater Western Sydney can also be part of our Youth Advisory Group, where they can share their ideas and help shape programs and initiatives that best serve young people in their community. No, you don’t always need a referral. Young people, parents, carers, schools, or other professionals can contact us directly. Some programs (like Youth Justice Conferences) may involve referrals from police or the courts.
No, our Youth services and programs are free of charge.
Yes, your privacy is important to us. What you share with us stays confidential unless we’re legally required to share information to keep you or someone else safe.
Case Management
We’ll help you get the support you need and navigate services to connect you to the right ones.
Case management is personalised support to help you, or your family, address challenges and work towards your goals. We listen, understand your situation, and connect you with the right services and resources.
Anyone experiencing vulnerability or needing extra support can access this service. This may include young people, parents, families, or individuals facing challenges like housing, education, mental health, or financial stress.

Referrals
If you’re a professional, support worker, or service provider, you can refer someone to one of our programs or services.
No, most of our services are available without a referral. You can contact us directly to access support for yourself or your family. However, support workers, schools, health professionals, or other services can also refer you if you prefer.
We accept referrals from community organisations, support workers, health professionals, schools, and other providers for services such as emergency relief, case management, youth programs, disability services, or parenting support. Learn more and make a referral.

Yes, all donations of $2 or more are tax-deductible. Fair Foundations (ABN 63 002 318 603) is endorsed by the Australian Taxation Office as a deductible gift recipient (DGR) organisation.
Your gift supports programs that disrupt the cycle of disadvantage in one of Australia’s most culturally diverse and disadvantaged regions. We support the community by developing and delivering inclusive, high-quality services in children, youth and family, disability, and community capacity building, along with ongoing advocacy for greater community wellbeing and sustainable change.
You can log in to your Fundraising account to pause or cancel your monthly gift at any time. Alternatively, contact us at fundraising@fairfoundations.org and we can assist you.
Log in to your Funraisin account to update your details instantly. You can also email us at fundraising@fairfoundations.org and we’ll make the changes for you.
- One-off donations made online via Funraisin generate an instant tax receipt emailed to you.
- Monthly donors receive a consolidated statement after the end of each financial year (mid-July).
If you can’t find your receipt, check your spam/junk folder or log in to your Fundraising account to download it. If you still need help, contact fundraising@fairfoundations.org.
As a charity, we can’t offer refunds for change of mind. If a genuine error has occurred (such as an incorrect donation amount), please contact us at fundraising@fairfoundations.org. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and may take up to 10 business days to process.

Yes, raffles, auctions, and competitions can be a great way to raise funds. Just check the fundraising regulations in your state or territory. In NSW, guidelines recommend event costs not exceed 40% of your total income. If you’re unsure where to start, email fundraising@fairfoundations.org and we can help guide you.
No. Event organisers need to arrange their own public liability cover, usually in conjunction with the venue. If you need advice on how to do this, contact us at fundraising@fairfoundations.org
Yes, tax-deductible receipts can be issued when donors do not receive a material benefit (e.g. not for raffle tickets or auction purchases).
- If you have a fundraising page on Fundraising, your donor’s receipts are issued automatically for eligible donations.
- For offline donations, please contact us for a receipt register so we can issue receipts once funds are banked.

If you’ve set up an online fundraising page through Fundraising, you can deposit funds directly via your page. It’s the fastest and easiest way.
If you prefer to deposit funds via direct debit, use the banking details on the return form provided in your Fundraising Pack. If you’ve misplaced your pack or need replacement details, contact fundraising@fairfoundations.org and we’ll send them to you.
Give Through Your Workplace
By giving a small, regular donation straight from your pay, you’re helping us tackle disadvantage headon, empowering families, young people, migrants, and older generations to find their place and build fulfilling lives.
Workplace Giving lets you make regular pre-tax donations to Fair Foundations directly from your pay. It’s a simple, tax-effective way to help us deliver life-changing programs in Fairfield and Greater Western Sydney, empowering families, young people, migrants, and older generations to build purposeful, fulfilling lives.
Consistent funding helps us plan long-term initiatives that address the root causes of disadvantage, not just the symptoms. When employers match donations, the impact is doubled, meaning more families supported, more connections built, and more opportunities created.

No. Adventure Challenges via Inspired Adventures are designed for everyday people who are ready to commit to training and fundraising. With guidance and a tailored preparation plan, you’ll feel confident and ready to take on the challenge.
Absolutely! Many participants sign up solo and meet their teammates before the trip, creating a sense of community from the very start. By departure day, you’ll already feel part of the Fair Foundations adventure family.
Once registered, you’ll set up your own fundraising page on the Grassrootz platform. You’ll receive personalised coaching, resources, and creative event ideas to help you meet your training and fundraising targets. Every dollar raised is an investment in driving meaningful change for Fairfield and Greater Western Sydney.

Donation-in-Kind
At Fair Foundations, we believe that when our community comes together, we can build brighter and fairer futures for our communities.
A donation-in-kind is a non-cash gift of goods or services. Instead of giving money, you can support our programs by donating items, supplies, or your skills and time.
What types of items do you currently accept?
We gratefully accept:
- Sensory and activity items such as toys, books, creative materials, and sensory tools
- Practical essentials such as cleaning supplies and other useful household products
- Skills and services such as tutoring, teaching, cooking, cleaning, or other hands-on support that benefits families in our community
If you have something not on our list, please complete the online form. Our team will let you know if we can accept it or suggest other ways your contribution can make an impact.
We can sometimes accept gently used items if they are clean, safe, and in excellent condition. To ensure dignity and safety for families, we ask that all donations be in “like new” condition.
