Programs for Parents

Parenting is full of joy, but it can also come with challenges. At Fair Foundations, we’re here to walk alongside you with care, respect and practical support.

Our free, evidence-based programs are designed to help you feel more confident and connected as you raise your child. Whether you’re navigating tricky behaviours, supporting your child’s emotions, or strengthening your relationship with your teen, our small group programs offer guidance in a supportive space, with others who are on a similar journey.

All sessions are delivered by trained facilitators and focus on practical strategies you can start using straight away.
