Our respite care gives people with disability the chance to enjoy short-term stays in a welcoming, flexible environment. Whether it’s for a few hours, overnight, on weekends or longer, we tailor each stay to suit your needs, preferences and goals.
We offer respite from our LifeAbility Hub in Fairfield East, a vibrant and inclusive space that’s designed to feel safe, relaxed, and engaging for everyone.

Support is available 24/7 to fit around your needs and lifestyle. Whether it’s for a few hours, overnight, a weekend or longer, we’ll work with you to plan a stay that feels right for you. - Daily living and personal care support
Our team can help with meals, mobility, hygiene and other everyday tasks. We’re here to make sure you feel safe, comfortable and well supported throughout your stay. - Shared meals and daily routines
Enjoy preparing and sharing meals in our fully equipped kitchen. We create a homely atmosphere where you can relax and take part in familiar routines at your own pace. - Fun, inclusive activities
Join in games, art, music or local outings, or simply unwind in a quiet space. From excursions to shared meals and hands-on activities, we create opportunities to socialise, try new things and enjoy yourself.

No, we offer flexible options including daytime, overnight, weekend, and extended stays. We’ll work with you to find the option that suits your needs best.
Yes, you’re welcome to visit the LifeAbility Hub, meet our team and have a look around before deciding. Just get in touch to arrange a time.
Yes, LifeAbility Hub is fully wheelchair accessible, and we also have a portable ramp to ensure flexibility in all areas.
We have:
- A bathroom with a hoist, change table, and toilet, ensuring accessibility for participants requiring additional support.
- A separate bathroom with a shower and an additional toilet.
Yes, all our staff are trained in personal care and are experienced in assisting with hoist transfers and change table support.
We’ll provide a checklist to help you pack, including clothes, toiletries, medications, and any personal items that will help you feel comfortable.
We can provide transport to get to and from the LifeAbility Hub. Contact us to talk through your options.
